Important Information – Summer Closure

The mi+ team will be on summer break from Friday, July 24 (evening) to Sunday, August 16 (inclusive).

You can, of course, continue to place your orders during this period. All requests will be processed as soon as we return, starting Monday, August 17.

If you are due to arrive in early September, we will handle your request upon our return to ensure your arrival is prepared as smoothly as possible.

In a large city like Lille, finding housing is not always easy. With this option, we support you at every step, from searching for your new "home" to signing the rental contract.

With this option, the mi+ team supports you in making your move easier by assisting with all aspects related to finding and securing your accommodation :

  • Initial contact : a mi+ manager will reach out to you before your arrival to prepare for your move and answer your first questions ;
  • Housing guidance : we connect you with partner residences or landlords ;
  • Rental application file : we help you put together a complete application ;
  • Rental guarantee : we assist you in obtaining a simple and secure rental guarantee solution ;
  • Information on tenant obligations : we provide practical advice on your rights and responsibilities as a tenant ;
  • Administrative support : we help you identify and complete the procedures related to your accommodation ;
  • Welcome kit : we provide you with a welcome kit containing all the practical information you need for your daily life in Lille.

 

Eligibility criteria for the HOUSING Option :

  • Be enrolled at or hosted by the University of Lille or one of the following institutions : Centrale Lille, CNRS, INRIA or INSERM ;
  • Be undertaking incoming international mobility for a consecutive period of more than 2 months.
