The Maison Internationale welcomes you free of charge and assists you with your initial steps as you settle in Lille.
With mi+, you can go further thanks to three service packages that provide personalized guidance and a dedicated advisor to help you prepare your stay with complete peace of mind.

What does mi+ offer ?

Three support options, complementary and cumulative, directly accessible through this platform:

• DAILY LIFE option – support with settling in and handling essential procedures ;
• HOUSING option – assistance with searching for and booking accommodation ;
• FAMILY option – support for the integration of spouses and children.

How does it work ?

• Choose one or more options on the platform ;
• Create your user account ;
• Pay your support fees online ;
• A mi+ manager will contact you to set up your personalized support.

This service is supported by the Agence Nationale de la Recherche (ANR) and the Métropole Européenne de Lille (MEL) as part of the WILL project (Welcoming Internationals to Lille).
