With this option, the mi+ team supports you in making your move easier by assisting with all aspects related to finding and securing your accommodation :
- Initial contact : a mi+ manager will reach out to you before your arrival to prepare for your move and answer your first questions ;
- Housing guidance : we connect you with partner residences or landlords ;
- Rental application file : we help you put together a complete application ;
- Rental guarantee : we assist you in obtaining a simple and secure rental guarantee solution ;
- Information on tenant obligations : we provide practical advice on your rights and responsibilities as a tenant ;
- Administrative support : we help you identify and complete the procedures related to your accommodation ;
- Welcome kit : we provide you with a welcome kit containing all the practical information you need for your daily life in Lille.
Eligibility criteria for the HOUSING Option :
- Be enrolled at or hosted by the University of Lille or one of the following institutions : Centrale Lille, CNRS, INRIA or INSERM ;
- Be undertaking incoming international mobility for a consecutive period of more than 2 months.
